As a newly elected elder, I am looking forward to attending my first Presbtery mtg at No Como Preswby Church on March 13. I was instructed to go to this web site to download the docs that will be used at the mtg. Once on this web site, I realized that docs are being added regularly, so I counted them as of 3-10-10 and realized there are 14. If and when more are added, it’s difficult to know that by the titles only because some are similar. If I go back to the web site in a few days and count 16 documents, then I’ll know I need to print out two more for the mtg. However, counting the number of docs was difficult due to similar names, so I recounted several times to make sure.

Recommendation:
Number each doc as it’s uploaded so it’s easier to keep track of the total number of docs for each month’s mtg. It also helps you keep track as you’re printing them out. For example, as of 3-10-10, there are 14 documents needed for Sat and if each was numbered, it’d be easier to make sure I have them all right before the mtg occurs. If I check the web site and see Document #15 was added, I’d know that’s the only one I need yet.
